Avant Homes East Midlands has released the final six homes for sale at its £29m, 104-home Lawrence Point development in Eastwood, near Nottingham.

Located on Lynncroft, the development comprises a mix of two-, three-, four- and five- bedroom and features 11 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.

Prices for the final homes at Lawrence Point range from £325,000 for a four-bedroom detached Wentbridge house type to £425,000 for a five-bedroom detached Thornton.

The three-bedroom detached Leyburn showhome at the development is also available for sale, fully furnished, for £320,000.

Selected plots at the development are also available with a range of incentives including five per cent deposit paid, upgrades worth over £15,000 and My Move Made Easy, where the housebuilder will help a buyer sell their existing homes.

Of the final homes available, the Thornton house type is a strong example of Avant Homes’ ability to deliver homes that cater to the needs of modern family living.

On the ground floor, the Thornton’s large open-plan kitchen dining room is accessed via the hallway and features modern integrated appliances, with French doors leading to the rear garden.

A dedicated utility room also has a door to the outside, and the downstairs is completed by a spacious lounge, an additional snug and a WC.

Upstairs, the main double bedroom has a private en-suite shower room with full-height tiling, whilst three single bedrooms and a further double share the use of a family bathroom.

Avant Homes East Midlands sales director, David Warren‑Francis, said: “Lawrence Point has proven to be extremely popular amongst buyers looking to live in Eastwood, evidenced by there being just nine homes remaining.

“The development offers an ideal location for families, combining excellent transport links to Nottingham and Derby with the appeal of the surrounding countryside.

“We encourage anyone interested in these final six homes to visit the development, speak with our sales team and find out how we can help make their next dream move a reality.”
