Wakefield-based housebuilder Avant Homes West Yorkshire has released the final eight family homes for sale at its popular £58m, 226-home Fitzwilliam Grange development in Crosland Moor, Huddersfield.
Located on Blackmoorfoot Road, the development offers excellent access to both Huddersfield town centre and the wider region by road and train links. Fitzwilliam Grange is also near local amenities, schools and supermarkets.
The remaining homes at Fitzwilliam Grange include three four-bedroom detached Sudburys priced from £349,995 to £369,995 and two four-bedroom detached Overburys available at £349,995 and £359,995.
In addition, there are two four-bedroom detached Ramsburys priced at £369,995 and £374,995 and one four-bedroom detached Holbury available for £299,995.
The final homes all benefit from Avant Homes’ signature practical design and energy efficiency and are available with a range of incentives.
