Housebuilder Avant Homes has opened a new four-bedroom showhome and four-bedroom view home at its £42m, 179-home Smithy Wood Gate development in Dodworth, near Barnsley
Located off Calver Lane, the development comprises a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and features 11 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.
Prices at the development range from £279,995 for the three-bedroom detached Maltby house type to £409,995 for the four-bedroom detached Cookbury.
Selected plots at Smithy Wood Gate are available with a range of incentives, including part exchange and five per cent deposit contribution.
Interested buyers can now visit the new four-bedroom detached Wentbridge showhome and the four-bedroom detached Horbury view home to experience Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient homes first hand.
