Housebuilder Avant Homes Scotland has opened a new four-bedroom detached showhome at its £47.8m, 174-home Althamer View development in Blindwells
Located off Greendykes Way, the development comprises a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and features 16 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house styles.
Prices for the homes at Althamer View range from £301,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Harris house style to £424,995 for the five-bedroom detached Rothesay.
Selected plots at the development are also available with a range of incentives. These include five per cent deposit contribution, up to £15,000 deposit paid and flooring included.
The ‘Dream Move package’ which comprises a full house flooring package, LBTT paid, £1,000 towards legal fees, £1,000 retail voucher and £1,000 towards extras included, is also available on selected plots.
Avant Homes is also offering the ‘VIP Package’ at Thistle Meadows on certain plots. This includes £10,000 deposit contribution, flooring package, turf to rear garden, fitted wardrobes to two bedrooms and a £5,000 John Lewis gift voucher at legal completion.
Interested buyers can now visit the new four-bedroom detached Orkney showhome to experience what Avant Homes has to offer first-hand.
On the Orkney’s ground floor, the hallway leads to a large open-plan kitchen and dining area with double French doors leading to the rear garden. There is also a storage cupboard and dedicated utility room with an additional outside door.
