Avant Homes West Midlands has opened a new four-bedroom detached showhome at its £35m, 135-home Viridian Meadows development in Desborough
Located just off Buxton Drive and Eyam Close, the development comprises a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom practically designed, energy efficient homes.
Prices for the homes at Viridian Meadows range from £290,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Oakwood house type to £480,000 for the five-bedroom detached Appleton.
