Avant Homes Scotland has opened a new five-bedroom detached view home at its £57m, 109-home Darach Fields development in Robroyston
Located off Daffodil Place, the development comprises a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and features 12 of Avant Homes’ house styles.
Prices range from £361,995 for a four-bedroom detached Lenzie house style to £532,995 for a five-bedroom detached Uphall.
Selected plots at Darach Fields are available with a range of incentives. This includes £3,000 deposit paid, £5,000 towards deposit, £10,000 deposit paid and flooring included.
The VIP Package, which includes £10,000 deposit contribution, flooring package, turf to rear garden, fitted wardrobes to two bedrooms and a £5,000 John Lewis gift voucher at legal completion is also available on selected plots.
Interested buyers can now visit the new five-bedroom Rothesay view home to experience one of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy-efficient new homes at first hand.
