Avant Homes launches new four-bedroom showhome at £61m, 102-home Radcliffe-on-Trent development

Avant Homes East Midlands has opened a new showhome at its £61m, 102-home Hackett Grange development in Radcliffe-on-Trent.

Located on Nottingham Road, just a short distance from Nottingham city centre, Hackett Grange comprises a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.

Prices range from £248,000 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Askern house type to £450,000 for a five-bedroom detached Cookridge.

Avant Homes has partnered with interior designer firm Thomas Fischer Interiors to the style the new four-bedroom Horbury showhome.

The showhome’s interior features music-inspired furnishings as well as dog-themed décor elements, in reference to the developments’ proximity to the local RSPCA branch in Radcliffe-on-Trent.

Avant Homes has a range of incentives for purchasing a home at Hackett Grange. These include part exchange, deposit contribution and My Move Made Easy, where the housebuilder will help a buyer sell their existing home.

The Horbury showhome is an excellent example of Avant Homes’ ability to deliver practically-designed, energy efficient homes which are ideal for modern family living.

On the ground floor, the Horbury features a large living room and WC, as well as a flexible snug which can be repurposed to use as a music room, study or playroom.

At the rear of the property, there is a large open plan kitchen dining room with modern integrated appliances, and a family dining space with French doors leading to the rear garden. There is also a utility room which has an outside door and a large storage cupboard.

On the first floor, the main bedroom is served by an ensuite shower room, while a large double bedroom and two single bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom. The generous landing space also features an additional storage cupboard. The Horbury also benefits from a detached garage.

Avant Homes East Midlands head of sales, David Warren, said: “Hackett Grange has already seen great levels of interest from buyers, so we’re excited to open our new showhome at the development.

“Thomas Fischer Interiors have done an excellent job styling the Horbury interior, making it must-see showhome for anyone looking to move in or to Radcliffe-in-Trent.

“With our showhome now open, prospective buyers should visit our development, experience the Horbury firsthand and speak with our sales team about moving to Hackett Grange.”

Avant Homes’ marketing suite at Hackett Grange is open 10am-5pm from Thursday to Monday.

Jay Thomas-Fischer, interior designer and business partner at Thomas Fischer Interiors, said: “From the very outset and initial meeting, the brief from Avant Homes was both inspiring and exciting, and it gave us the perfect springboard to really let our creativity flow.

“Collaborating closely with David and the wider Avant Homes team, we were all aligned in wanting to create something that felt fresh, modern, and bursting with personality — a showhome that would not only reflect Avant Homes vision but truly wow potential buyers.”
