Avant Homes launches first homes for sale at £41.9m, 179-home development in Dodworth, near Barnsley
Avant Homes has launched the first homes for sale at its £41.9m, 179-home Smithy Wood Gate development in Dodworth, near Barnsley.
Located off Calver Lane, the development will
comprise a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes including both
semi-detached and detached properties.
Prices for the new homes range from £209,995
for a one-bedroom semi-detached Askham house type to £399,995 for a
four-bedroom detached Horbury.
Work at Smithy Wood Gate is well underway
with first residents expected to move in to their new homes by December.
