Avant Homes launches first family homes for sale at £35m Desborough development

Avant Homes East Midlands has launched the first family homes for sale at its £35m, 135-home Viridian Meadows development in Desborough.
Located just off Buxton Drive and Eyam Close, the development comprises a mix of two, three and four-bedroom family homes and features 16 of Avant Homes’ housetypes.
Prices range from £220,000 for a two-bedroom mid terrace property to £395,000 for a four-bedroom detached house.
All properties at Viridian Meadows include an open-plan living space, designer kitchen with integrated appliances and boutique bathrooms complete with designer tiling and contemporary sanitaryware.
Avant Homes East Midlands sales and marketing director, Nova Eames, said: “Our Viridian Meadows development will help meet the strong demand there is for our new build homes in the locality.
