The housebuilder will be the
front-of-strip and quarter-zip training top sponsor for the team for the 2025/2
season.
Based at the Pitreavie playing
fields in Dunfermline, the team’s pitch is just a short drive from Avant Homes’
Stewart’s
Quarter development.
The team regularly competes
across Central Scotland, representing Bayside Athletic FC at fixtures and
tournaments throughout the region.
Commenting on the sponsorship,
Bayside Athletic FC spokesperson, Stuart Meach, said:
“We’re extremely grateful to
Avant Homes for their generous support of our under-16s team here at Bayside
FC.
“Partnerships like this make a huge difference at
grassroots level, helping us provide opportunities for young players to grow,
develop and enjoy their football in a positive environment.
“The new kit and training tops look fantastic, and the
boys can’t wait to wear them throughout what we hope will be a successful
season ahead.”
Located off Admiralty Road,
Stewart’s Quarter comprises a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes and
features 13 of Avant Homes’ house types.
Avant Homes Scotland sales
director, Lisa Archibald, commented: “We know how important grassroots football
is for young people and their communities. This sponsorship is part of our
ongoing commitment to supporting and enhancing the local communities in which
we build.
“Supporting Bayside Athletic FC
gives us the opportunity to help these talented young players continue their
development, while building strong community connections in Rosyth.”
Prices at Stewart’s Quarter
range from £244,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Canmore house style to
£399,995 for a five-bedroom detached Rothesay.
