Avant Homes announces £35m, 135-home Desborough development is 80 per cent sold

Housebuilder Avant Homes West Midlands has announced that 80 per cent of the new homes at its £35m, 135-home Viridian Meadows development in Desborough have been sold
Located just off Buxton Drive and Eyam Close, the development comprises a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom practically designed, energy efficient homes.
Prices at Viridian Meadows range from £275,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Oakwood house type to £480,000 for a five-bedroom detached Appleton.
Selected plots at the development are also available with a range of incentives. This includes five per cent deposit contribution, £10,000 deposit paid, flooring included and upgrades and extras worth up to £15,000.
All remaining properties at the development benefit from open-plan kitchen and dining spaces with integrated appliances and classic French doors opening to the rear gardens.
The homes also have living rooms at the front of them along with large downstairs. Selected properties at the development also benefit from a dedicated utility room and an internal garage.
Upstairs, all the homes feature master bedrooms with en-suites, with the other generous bedrooms served by a family bathroom.
