Avant Homes announces £33m, 124-home Keighley development is 95 per cent sold

Avant Homes West Yorkshire has announced that 95 per cent of the new homes at its £33m, 124-home Odette’s Point development in Keighley have been sold.
Located on Shann Lane, the development comprises a mix of
three- and four-bedroom homes and features 10 of Avant Homes’ practically
designed and energy-efficient house types.
Prices for the remaining homes at Odette’s Point range from
£235,000 for a ‘three-bedroom plus’ semi-detached Salbury house type, so called
as it has an additional upstairs room offering flexibility as a live/work area.
The largest of the properties remaining at the development
is the four-bedroom detached Horbury priced at £369,995.
Selected plots at the development are available with a range
of incentives. This includes part exchange, five per cent deposit contribution
and My Move Made Easy, where the housebuilder will help a buyer sell their
existing home.
The four-bedroom detached Horbury is an excellent example of
Avant Homes’ ability to deliver practically designed, energy efficient homes
