Avant Homes agrees £3.6m first Trent & Dove partnership deal to deliver 16 new homes at Cadley Village, Swadlincote

Avant Homes East Midlands is delivering 16 new homes for Trent & Dove at Cadley Park in Swadlincote after agreeing a £3.6m partnership deal with the affordable housing provider.
The partnership is the first the housebuilder has done with Trent & Dove and marks the first time Avant Homes East Midlands has undertaken a deal of this type in the region.
It forms part of the housebuilder’s multi-tenure strategy which sees it provide homes for private sale, the private rental sector (PRS) and additional affordable housing.
Construction of the new energy efficient homes is well underway, and the housing mix being delivered at Cadley Park comprises three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached properties.
Avant Homes East Midlands expects to be in a position to have handed over all the completed homes to Burton-on-Trent-headquartered Trent & Dove by the end of May.
Commenting on the partnership deal, Avant Homes group head of affordable housing delivery, Phil Lacey, said: “Our multi-tenure strategy is underpinned by our vision of providing quality new homes for everyone.
