Anyone needing to commute into Telford’s centre will be glad to know the M54 is less than 5 minutes away, getting you to your destination in less than 15 minutes. You can also use the M54 to head straight into Birmingham in less than an hour.
The closest train station can be found at Telford Central just 3 miles away, where you can hop onto regular services to Shrewsbury and Birmingham New Street, as well as occasional ones to Holyhead and Llandudno.
For anyone needing to take the bus, the X10 into Shrewsbury via Telford runs from the Hereford Drive stop a quick 10-minute walk from Priory Orchard.
As for international travel, Birmingham Airport is less than 50 minutes away from the development, giving you access to a wide range of direct destinations when the time for a well-deserved holiday comes around.
Things to do around Priorslee
With Telford town centre close by and a lot of greenery surrounding Priory Orchard, you’ll never be short of things to do in our new homes in Priorslee.
Hiking fans will want to climb The Wrekin, with its base a 10-minute drive away across town. From there, make your way to the summit to get some of the best views Shropshire has to offer.
As for family activities, both Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World and Exotic Zoo Wildlife are within easy driving distance, allowing you to go otter, meerkat and armadillo spot-ting, among many other species!
If you fancy a bite to eat out, head over to Lavender’s at Lakeside (7 minutes on foot), where you can grab some fantastic brunch and lunch options, while Hickory’s Smokehouse (a 6-minute drive) brings tasty southern American flavours to the West Midlands.
