Regional Sales Advisor

Avant Homes are proud to announce the launch of our new innovative, exciting and industry leading Sales model which will see us continue to stand out from the crowd and revolutionise the housebuilding industry.


We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Advisor to join our dynamic regional sales team based within our Central head office.


Following the Avant ethos of Good.Better.Different our new model now enables our Regional Sales Advisors to be based from our newly created  ‘Sales Hub’ which is located at our Central head office in Chesterfield.  


As our Regional Sales Advisor, you will be required to focus on proactively seeking out prospective sales, pre-qualifying customers and delivering virtual tours for all prospective customers all of which is now carried out  from our fantastic new ‘Sales Hub’


Once each customer has been qualified, you will then be required to arrange an appointment which will be held at one of our development marketing suites within the South Yorkshire/North Derbyshire operating area.


Use of a company pool car is also available as part of this role and therefore a full driving licence is essential.


To be successful as our Regional Sales Advisor you will possess extensive experience in new homes Sales, with extensive product knowledge and a retail-based approach to effective development and product demonstrations.


You will also be able to demonstrate delivering an exceptional customer service and achieving ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
