Hi, I'm Ollie, Managing Director and Founder of James Leighton Financial Services Ltd. I’ve worked in the mortgage and protection industry 18 years, and I currently lead a specialist mortgage brokerage focused on new build homes. My passion lies in helping people make confident, informed financial decisions—especially first-time buyers navigating the homeownership journey.

Having worked closely with national housebuilders (including Avant) for over 15 years, I understand the unique opportunities and challenges within the new build sector. I regularly share insights on mortgage trends, buyer behaviour, and how shifting economic conditions impact the housing market.

When I’m not buried in mortgage criteria and financial forecasts, you’ll find me enjoying life with my family, keeping my 7-year-old daughter entertained and occasionally enjoying a round of golf.
