Kyle Danton appointed as Commercial Director for North Yorkshire region

Avant Homes North Yorkshire has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of a Commercial Director to further enable the housebuilder's regional expansion.
Kyle Danton has been promoted from his role of Head of Commercial at Avant Homes West Yorkshire, which has its offices in Wakefield.
He joined Avant Homes as a quantity surveyor 17 years ago and has progressed his career with the company since then.
As Commercial Director, Kyle will work closely with the North Yorkshire senior management team to deliver robust financial planning and budgeting whilst ensuring the effective performance of staff, suppliers and contractors.
Commenting on his appointment, Kyle said: "Throughout my career with the company, Avant Homes has always provided me with opportunities to develop both professionally and personally.
"This has enabled me to continuously improve my commercial capabilities so I am very pleased to now be in a position to use them within one of our newest operating regions.
"The North Yorkshire team is fully focused on growing the business by delivering a great product in popular locations supported by excellent customer care. I am looking forward to helping drive the region forward with them."
Avant Homes North Yorkshire was launched this January and currently has six live developments ranging from Thirsk to Wakefield with many more due to start as the business continues to implement its growth plans.
