Housebuilder Avant Homes Central has released the final six family homes for sale at its £20m, 74-home development in Owlthorpe, Sheffield.

Called Nexus Point and located on Moorthorpe Way, the development is less than seven miles from Sheffield city centre and is in close proximity to the A57 and a nearby tram stop.

The remaining homes at Nexus Point are four three-storey, four-bedroom detached Shorebrooks priced from £394,995 to £399,995; a four-bedroom detached Mulbrook at £349,995; and a three-bedroom semi-detached Kenstone available for £304,995.

As with all homes at the development, the six properties benefit from Avant Homes’ signature practical design and energy efficiency.

Some of the final homes are also available with a range of incentives such as £1500 towards legal fees, flooring included and a five per cent deposit contribution.

The Shorebrook house type features a spacious hallway leading through to a galley kitchen which is part of an open plan living space with dining area.

There is also a dedicated utility room and large WC, a relaxing space and bi-fold doors which provide access to the rear garden. The property also has an integrated garage.

On the first floor, the main double bedroom benefits from a dedicated dressing area and an ensuite shower room. There is also a generous single bedroom, shared family bathroom and a second lounge.

The second floor of the Shorebrook features two sizeable double bedrooms and a family bathroom, as well as two storage cupboards.

Avant Homes Central sales and marketing director, Dawn Bennett, said: “Our Nexus Point development has proven extremely popular with buyers and now we have just six family homes left for sale.

“Nexus Point is a great example of us providing quality new homes for everyone, helping people make their ideal next move a reality and creating new communities where we build.

“We therefore encourage anyone interested in purchasing one of the last homes to speak to our sales team to find out how we can tailor a bespoke offer for them.”
