Avant Homes announces £21.5m Green Hammerton development is 75 per cent sold

Avant Homes North Yorkshire has announced that three quarters of the 80 new homes at its Ambretone Park development in Green Hammerton have been sold.
Located just off the A59 between York and Harrogate, the £21.5m development comprises a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes. Prices at Ambretone Park range from £329,995 for a three-bedroom detached house to £439,995 for a five-bedroom family home.
All remaining homes benefit from Avant Homes’ practical design and energy efficiency and feature spacious hallways downstairs leading through to open-plan kitchen/dining spaces with integrated appliances and classic French doors opening to the rear gardens.
