Alicia Hattersley appointed as Group Marketing Manager

Avant Homes has hired a Group Marketing Manager as the business continues to implement its nationwide growth plans.
Alicia Hattersley joins from Gleeson Homes where she was Brand and Communications Manager for the past two-and-a-half years.
She holds a first-class honours degree in multimedia journalism from The Manchester Metropolitan University and has a wide range of experience working in both agency and inhouse marketing roles.
Alicia arrives at Avant Homes soon after the housebuilder announced the launch of an operating business in the North West. It is the company's eighth regional office and complements seven others located throughout Scotland, Yorkshire and the Midlands.
Commenting on her new role, Alicia said: "Making a positive difference through marketing activity to help people buy new homes is something I find very rewarding.
"Being able to join Avant Homes when it is expanding at pace presented the ideal opportunity for me. I am going to further evolve our proposition, implement new campaigns and grow our marketing team to continue to provide an excellent service to our regional operating businesses."
Alicia was hired by Avant Homes Regional Chairman, Mark Cook, who said: "Alicia is an excellent addition to our group marketing function.
"She has the expertise, capability and drive to provide us with strategic and tactical marketing support that will help underpin the delivery of our ambitious plans.
"Alicia has already made big positive impact on the business, and I look forward to working closely with her and the wider marketing team as we expand."
