Community Consultation - Land at Gallowhill, Coylton, South Ayrshire

PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT:

In advance of submission of a planning application, Avant Homes is holding a series of drop-in public consultation events. The first of these is taking place as follows:

THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

Avant Homes (Scotland) Ltd is in the process of preparing a full planning application for residential development of land at Gallowhill, Coylton, South Ayrshire.

The site is an allocated housing site within South Ayrshire Council’s adopted Local Development Plan (August 2022) under site ref. COY4.

Exhibition boards providing further details about the site and the proposals will be available to download here from 4 November 2025.

The feedback window will open on 4 November 2025. Once you have reviewed our proposals, if you wish to make comments we ask that you do so no later than 21 November 2025. There are a number of ways in which you can make your views known:
