Due to continued success across our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Advisor to join our Central sales team, working across developments based in Holmewood, Chesterfield.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer experience focused individual to join a fast-paced sales environment.

Full training will be provided in the form of a detailed training plan, which will include a variety of daily tasks in order to aid your knowledge and learning.

Support from the sales management and wider sales team will also be provided to ensure sales rates and targets are achieved, along with a full understanding of the home buying process.

During your time as our Trainee Sales Advisor, you will acquire the knowledge required in order to become a successful new homes Sales Advisor, along with the opportunity to increase your earnings with our industry leading commission scheme.

Key duties and requirements

You will be responsible for but not limited to;

  • Assisting the Sales Advisor in achieving reservations.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the Avant product, show homes and optional extras.
  • Completing customer paperwork in alignment with Group policies and GDPR.
  • Assisting the Sales Advisor in managing third party working relationships.
  • Active involvement in marketing recommendations, in relation to advertising.
  • Providing updates to customers in relation to the progress of their home.
  • Building relationships with the onsite Construction teams.
  • Use of NHQC and also CRM/coins systems
  • Providing assistance with the “street scene” ensuring the highest possible standard at all times.
  • Actively contact potential customers and sales leads in order to maximise sales where possible.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity working 35 hours per week, Thursday to Monday - Including weekends.

The ideal candidate

To be successful as our Trainee Sales Advisor, you will have the ability to provide a first-class customer service. Excellent communication skills are key to success within this role, ensuring you fully understand our customers and listen to their needs.

We are keen to hear from individuals that may have worked in retail, hospitality or face-to-face sales.
