Planning History and Profile

The outline planning permission for up to 75 homes with means of access was granted in September 2015 by Chesterfield Borough Council.

The permissions included a total of 23 planning conditions attached to the application which will be met by Avant Homes. 

The Section 106 agreement for the development at De Rhodes Point includes provision for affordable housing, public art, education and public open space.
