This covers a huge 328.5 hectares around the eastern outskirts of Kettering town centre and down to Barton Seagrave, close to the A14.
The plan for Hanwood Park is set to create a green and vibrant community that will become a well-known Midlands destination in its own right, which will give its residents the all-new Kettering experience.
Once complete, the Hanwood Park community will see 5,500 homes, a mixed-use district centre, three primary schools, a secondary school, a health centre, neighbourhood shops and offices, as well as sports facilities with green space.
Throughout the community, there will be a focus on walking and cycling with a number of routes made available to the residents, alongside great transport links to the centre of Kettering, Northampton, Corby and beyond.
Avant Homes’ Barton Point is located in Barton Seagrave, in the south of Hanwood Park, close to the junction for the A14 and A6. The development sits on 5.18-acres of Hanwood Park and will include 71 high-quality three and four-bedroom new homes for sale in Kettering.
