National Lockdown in England
With England’s national lockdown starting on November 5 we’d like to let all you homeseekers and homeowners know that we will continue to operate as normal throughout. Safety, as always, remains our number one priority and everything we do will be in line with the UK government’s latest guidance. Our construction sites remain open and our Sales and Customer Service teams will continue to be available and contactable.
Tier Restrictions in Scotland
Guidance on moving home in Scotland makes clear that home moves and associated activities will continue to be permitted, so long as they can be carried out safely. You can read the full guidelines here.
We are currently operating our construction, customer service and sales teams as normal. If you do have any questions or concerns, just ask.

We’ve got your safety covered with strict guidelines in place for all employees and visitors, ranging from professional cleaning taking place to ensuring social distancing on developments.
To protect your personal space, we keep every appointment to two adults only.
We provide gloves, face masks and hand sanitising stations for your peace of mind.
STAYING SQUEAKY CLEAN
Our marketing suites, site compounds and showhomes are regularly cleaned by specialists to perfection. Just hand us the mop and bucket!

We’ve made it easier than ever to keep your social distance with our 2m guidelines.
VIRTUALLY ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE
If you prefer to keep your digital distance, we’re here to make it happen! We can arrange virtual appointments so you can see us anywhere you feel comfortable. You can also navigate round all our 360 virtual development and showhome tours, from the comfort of your couch.

Can I still book an appointment or viewing?
You can arrange an exclusive appointment at one of our developments to suit you! Check out our longer & more flexible hours below:
Monday to Thursday 10am – 8pm
Friday 10am – 6pm
Saturday and Sunday 10am – 5pm

What if I’m an existing customer? How will the lockdown in England or Tier system in Scotland affect me?
Your Avant Customer Service team is fully operational and here to assist as normal. Should a change in process or policy from a third party supplier effect your build, or any issues post-completion, we will advise you of this directly.
Will I need to download the NHS app before an appointment?
We do ask that all customers in England download the app (which you can find here) and scan the QR code located at the marketing suite or showhome. In Scotland, you will be directed to the Protect Scotland app which you can download here.
