The developer has been granted outline planning permission for its Collingsgate development, which is located off Greenhill Road.
The proposed new homes will be a mixture of innovatively designed homes including two, three and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached houses, all complete with the housebuilder’s new interior specification.
The homebuilder also plans to deliver a tree-lined main entrance and spine road and will retain existing dry stone feature walls at many locations throughout the development.
