Provide professional on-site sales advice that delivers sales volumes, revenues and excellence in customer service to agreed targets.
Must have experience of working for a new homes developer previously.
• Deliver sales in accordance with cash flows and budgets as per Group policies and processes. • Ensure Group policies and processes are followed in order to control and report fully on all sales activities adding value to the wider business and delivering the objectives of the Region. • Support in managing the working partnerships with management companies, third party providers and suppliers. • Assist in the production of comprehensive Sales and Marketing reports for inclusion in Land Appraisals. • Present and demonstrate both show homes and product to their best advantage. • Discharge all other functions in accordance with training, guidance and direction. • Provide constructive feedback to the Area/Field Sales Manager regarding the on-going effectiveness of local marketing of the site considering and suggesting new approaches and ideas to generate customer interest and positive publicity. • Manage and coordinate all on-site sales and administration activities working closely with site construction and customer service colleagues to deliver our Customer Service Charter and achieve excellence in Customer Service. • Attend on-site Sales and Build meetings and develop internal working relationships with construction, technical, commercial and customer service colleagues. • Maintain an accurate knowledge of the progress of each plot on your development updating customers on a weekly basis on progress. • Actively manage communications and operational interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the achievement of the Regional business plan. • Working with the Site Manager and Area/Field Sales Manager, ensure the development’s show home, plot build completions, standing stock, landscaping and “street scene” meet the quality and presentation standards required by Group policies and processes. • Assist in the production of key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to the Sales and Marketing function. • Ensure that the Company maximises its compliance with Group product, specification and deals. • Actively promote community engagement on their development. • At all times comply with responsibilities under the Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental and Corporate Responsibility Policies and all other company policies, procedures and instructions • Any other duties as reasonably requested.

Who are we looking for?
• A relevant qualification or good experience in Sales • A basic understanding of the financial implications of the methods and sequences of build. • Extensive product knowledge • Excellent communication and presentation skills • A basic knowledge of house building and the ability to read and demonstrate plans • Broad knowledge of the property market and competitor activity • Good awareness of codes of practice that impact on sales and marketing matters e.g. Code of Conduct, CML, PMA etc • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
