We are currently recruiting for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team in our newly opened Central region based in Chesterfield.

This is an exciting role and opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager wanting to make their move into a quality driven business that is Avant Homes. We are looking for an individual that has experience of working within a marketing role for a new homes developer previously.
As our Regional Marketing Manager, you will support the Regional Sales & Marketing Director, Group Marketing Director and the wider regional sales team in leading, developing and implementing the management, control and reporting of the marketing strategy and associated activities in alignment with the region’s business plan and future growth requirements.
Key duties and requirements
To positively influence and enhancing the effectiveness of the Avant Homes marketing activity and strategy by attending regular meetings and working closely with the Group Marketing Director.
To pro-actively manage the regional marketing function in line with the group marketing strategy whilst also ensuring that marketing activities facilitate the achievement of the regional sales targets.
To support and actively assist the Group Marketing Director in delivering an effective Group marketing strategy including creative campaigns and reporting.
Carrying out regular site visits and audits to ensure optimisation of marketing opportunities for each development.
To lead the setup of the site sales offices for new developments.
Working in collaboration with the Sales Managers to prepare, implement and maintain effective site sales presentation, marketing collateral, media, brand standards, promotional plans and advertising schedules within budget and Group guidelines.
To manage, brief and approve all regional marketing and PR activity including events and liaison with external agencies to ensure the effective delivery of effective campaigns which support sales performance.
To provide assistance to the Sales & Marketing Director in preparing the marketing budgets whilst ensuring the effective control of spend whilst also escalating issues to the Sales & Marketing Director as appropriate.
Responsibility of collating and preparing essential marketing information and data required for regional land packs.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful as our Regional Marketing Manager, you will be required to hold a relevant qualification or proven previous experience within a marketing environment within the new homes industry along with broad knowledge and experience of website management.
To be considered for this role you must also possess;
A full UK driving licence
Strong knowledge and experience of budget management
Excellent Financial and Commercial awareness along with technical knowledge
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of how marketing related to the new homes industry
A key awareness of the property market and competitor activity
Awareness of codes of practice that impact on sales and marketing matters e.g. PMA, Code of Conduct, CML etc.
